Of Detectives and Sushi

It's the first Monday of the year 2011! Cheers! And oh, I remember to come here last minute; it's just about 30 minutes before I have to go!

Anyway, if you are reading this, please be kind enough to visit, comment and perhaps follow a blog by my friends and I - the Four Epic Girls - here on blogspot.com, especially if you speak Indonesian. It's a mostly Indonesian blog but there will be English articles slipped inside, and several are bilingual. We haven't gotten far yet there, just started the introduction, but it will be really nice of you to have a peek and tell us what you think.

Alright! So I just finished watching this Remington Steele episode entitled You're Steele the One For Me. The episode features Remington Steele being persuaded by his 'associate' Laura Holt to eat... sushi! Man, didn't my mouth water at that! Even though I just ate sushi like two days ago on New Year's Day, I still want more! How can you not - they described sushi with raw tuna on it! Aww... don't I want more! In the end of the episode, Remington Steele spits out a sushi because he is told that it is octopus. Poor sushi... I want that!

So, yeah, I was talking about the sushi, not the episode. Sushi is just one of the awesomeness of life, don't you think? My favorite would be raw salmon, and then the one with unagi (or eel), and then... well I guess I like all kinds of sushi, but those two would be my favorite so far. In the Remington Steele episode, Steele said something like, "-when there's fish on the grill, which would do both of us good." Uh, you don't get the point, Mr. Steele. You save coal and fire if you eat the fish raw, and uh, it's more delicious that way! Well, at least on sushi. I have no offense at grilled fish whatsoever because I happen to enjoy eating it very much. Especially with soy sauce and a bit of lime. Delicious! I'm a seafood lover, you see, as well as a lover of many more kinds of food!

I still feel bad for the tako sushi.
